报告题目：Growth and quality of grape berry in changing environments: experimental and modeling approaches

报告人：Zhanwu Dai 研究员 法国农业科学院、波尔多葡萄与葡萄酒研究所

报告人简介：Zhanwu Dai is a scientist in the lab of Ecophysiology and Functional Genomics of Grapevine (EGFV) at INRA Bordeaux. His research focuses on the understanding and modeling the responses of grape berry quality to environments (light, temperature, water...) and nutrients (carbon, nitrogen...), in order to better understand the accumulation dynamics of primary (sugars and organic acids) and secondary (e.g. polyphenols) metabolites in grape berry, under changing environmental conditions. He has developed mathematical models of sugars, anthocyanins (color pigments) in grape berry, as well as functional-structural plant models for grape leaf gas exchanges, whole plant water transport and berry growth. He published 36 papers in peer-reviewed journals, such as Trends in Plant Science, Plant Journal, Journal of Experimental Botany, Annals of Botany, Tree Physiology etc.
