 Dr. He Xiangli, Associate professor  

  Dr. He Xiangli was born in Shandong Province of China on August 6, 1980. She received the B.S. and Ph.D. degree from Hohai University of Hydraulic and Electric Engineering in 2001 and 2006.She was as a visiting scholar in Université Paris-Est during January to October in 2011.She became an associate professor in China Agricultural University in 2012. She is a member of the water conservancy institute of Beijing. Her research interests are mainly on earthquake-resistance of hydraulic structures, water conservancy and hydropower planning and design, and constitutive model of concrete.
