Yao Zhifeng

 Dr. Yao Zhifeng, Lecturer

  Dr. Yao Zhifeng was born in Zhejiang Province of China on June 26, 1984. He received the B.S. and Ph.D degrees from China Agricultural University in 2008 and 2013. He was a joint training doctoral student in Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL) during October 2011 to November 2012. Since September 2013 he became a lecturer in College of Water Resources and Civil Engineering, China Agricultural University.

  His research interests are mainly on transient flow mechanism of pumping stations, pressure fluctuation and hydrodynamic damping characteristics of hydraulic machineries. He has published more than 13 papers, got 2 Invention Patents, 2 Utility Model Patents and 1 software copyright. He obtained the Scholarship Award for Excellent Doctoral Student granted by Ministry of Education in 2011. He participated in the writing Group of the book 《Pumps and Pumping Stations》 (The second version) for the Nationally Planned Textbook for "11th Five - year Plan".
